The outlines are found there.NUTRITION AND FOODS (Every Year / First Semester)This is an introduction course in wellness, nutrition and food.BAKING & PASTRY (Every odd year / Second Semester) (2010-11, 2012-2013, 2014-2015, ETC...)This course introduces students to more complex dishes, running and working in the food industry, garnishing, and cake decorating.CULINARY & CULTURAL FOODS (Every even year / Second Semester) (2011-2012, 2013-2014, ETC...)This course continues where Culinary Chef I left off. We investigate more elaborate and cultural dishes from around the world.FOOD SCIENCE (Every Year / Full Year)This will count as a third year science course. We investigate the science of food and nutrition, our labs are split between science and food labs.
