Homework

Assignments for each of my classes will be posted each day in the Google Classroom. Often, there is time to begin assignments in class. Students may just need to finish anything not completed in class.

In addition to these assignments, students should be reading every day. They will be responsible for completing an Accelerated Reader book every 6 weeks. I have some quick reads they can choose from in the classroom, or we can help them find suitable books in the school library.

Students should also be spending at least 1 hour per week on their reading path and math path in iReady. They will be recording their time spent on a bar graph. Some time will be spent at school, but time might be needed at home to complete the requirement.

Another way to support learning at home is to encourage the use of Spelling City. Each student will know which color lists to work on.
