    Or try these fun ways to excersize as a family!

    1. Go for an evening walk.

    2. Have a dance party!

    3. Turn TV commercials into fitness breaks.

    4. Have a weekly sports night. Play a different sport each week, or your favorite one every week!

    5. Get the kids involved in yard work!

    6. Garden! Planting flowers or veggies can be so fun and rewarding to watch them grow!

    7. Turn chores into a game!
