• Although I want everyone to have fun in class, there must be rules and expectations for both the students and teacher to build a positive learning environment. Students' health (physical, mental, etc.) come first, and I have high expectations for all my students to follow and respect these rules.

    Mr. Zelamsky's Class Rules:

    1. Arrive on time to class.

    2. Do not talk when the teacher or other students are talking.

    3. Respect other students and the teacher.

    4. Raise your hand when you want to speak.

    5. Have a positive attitude.

    6. Follow rehearsal/performance procedures.

    7. Keep the classroom tidy and respect all classroom supplies/equipment.

    8. No food/gum in class.

    9. No cell phones in class, unless specifically asked to take out for an activity.

    10. Do your best.

Some of the work will be challenging, but it is nothing that you cannot achieve. These rules are set in place so everyone can achieve their full potential. If you ever need extra help or someone to talk to, please do not hesitate to talk to me in person or send me an email. I want all students to be successful, enjoy making music with one another, and have good mental health in the process.
