Apex Learning is a digital curriculum managed and taught by District Teachers. APEX courses meet all NYS standards (course and unit of study requirements) and are NCAA approved.   By utilizing digital curriculum students are able re-take a previously failed classes in order to earn back credit. The advantage of digital curriculum lays in its 24/7 availability and provides maximum flexibility while still being supported by a SCD certified teacher.  This flexibility allows students to complete the course much faster than in a traditional classroom but also provides opportunities for students to move at a slower pace if content is particularly difficult.
